Steven J. Kherkher

A licensed attorney for nearly 20 years, Steven J. Kherkher is a partner at Williams Kherkher Law Firm. With a law degree from South Texas College of Law, Steve has experience in a wide variety of practice areas.
Steve has headed up some of Williams Kherkher's largest dockets, such as asbestos, fen-phen and Vioxx. On the behalf of asbestos clients, Steve has successfully sued corporations like Exxon and Dow Chemical for damages.
Steve is a member of both the Houston Trial Lawyers Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. In addition, he is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston and American Bar Associations, and the Association for American Justice.
John T. Boundas

John graduated first in his class from the University of Iowa College of Law. He was licensed to practice in Texas in 1995 and received the second highest score statewide on the Texas State Bar examination that year.
Following law school, he interned at the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. and was recognized by the Department of Justice for "outstanding" performance. From 1995-1996, he clerked for the Hon. Milton I. Shadur of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in Chicago.
John joined the litigation section of Fulbright & Jaworski, L.L.P. in 1996, where he worked on many different types of litigation matters including securities, antitrust, trademark, breach of contract and personal injury litigation. He joined Williams Kherkher Law Firm, L.L.P. in 2001 and has represented clients in a variety of personal injury cases. Most recently, he has represented numerous individuals injured by the prescription drugs fen-phen and Vioxx.
John has tried jury trials in Texas, California, Louisiana and Pennsylvania courts. He has also handled appeals, including arguing at the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. In addition, he has done significant pro bono work, trying three civil rights cases in Federal District Court in Houston, Texas.
He currently focuses his practice on representing individuals in complex mass tort cases.
