Rough Skin Could Be Early Sign of NSF/NFD

by Administrator 24. July 2009 01:28

Many individuals can receive gadolinium treatment without harmful side effects.  However,  many individuals were not properly treated and have developed NSF/NFD as a result of the improper treatment.

Many individuals do not know about NSF/NFD.  The initial symptoms of NSF may make the individual believe that the problem is minor.  Initial symptoms usually include dry and rough skin.  Many ignore these symptoms believing it will go away soon, not knowing that it can get progressively worse in a short amount of time.

If you have undergone an MRI in the past, and have begun to develop dry and rough skin in addition to other symptoms,  check immediately with your doctor to ensure that NSF/NFD is not developing.

If you or someone you know has been treated with gadolinium, contact the NSF lawyers of Williams Kherkher at 800-761-3187.
