Over 500 in Lawsuit for Gadolinium

by Administrator 17. July 2009 01:50

Over 500 people are currently taking part in a large lawsuit against pharmaceutical companies for making contrasting agents containing gadolinium. The lawsuits deal with the fact more than 500 individuals eventually developed nephorgenic systemic fibrosis (NSF).

Many of the individuals involved in the lawsuit developed NSF after having the gadolinium injected before undergoing an MRI.

Amputations and other severe medical problems can result from the development of NSF.

Gadolinium based agents are still used today.  Problems associated with this substance may be linked to kidney problems.

If you or someone you know has been treated with gadolinium, contact the NSF lawyers of Williams Kherkher at 800-761-3187.
