FDA Requested Box Warning for Gadolinium

by Administrator 10. April 2009 05:26

The United States Food and Drug Administration,  had requested in 2007 that the boxes that the medical gadolinium come in to contain a warning.  The warning would have notified individuals with a failing liver of the problems that were beginning to be seen from the use of gadolinium.

This can be seen as an early indicator of the potential dangerous effects of gadolinium, and the lack of attention that was given to properly treat patients.
